Job description

Supermac's in Edenderry, Co Offaly, currently requires full-time, fully flexible Restaurant Staff.

Full availability is required for shifts from Monday to Sunday, including after the summer period.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Team member provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac’s customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac’s restaurant. The Team Member must interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner to achieve this result. It is the responsibility of the team member to carry out his/her duties in compliance with the training received and the standards set in the Employee Handbook. The purpose of the role is to serve our customers the quality food they order as quickly as possible, in a friendly manner, ensuring the accuracy of the order every time.

THE JOB:

  • Working in an area to comply with company standards, adhering to safety/quality aspects, thus ensuring consistency every time.
  • Working as part of a team, treating all staff and management with respect.
  • Following company guidelines/training in all aspects of food preparation, production, and storage.
  • At all times, portraying a professional image, both on and off the premises.
  • Treating our customers to warm and friendly service every time they visit our restaurant.
  • Working with the management team to increase the number of customers and the amount of money spent every day in our restaurant.
  • About cash handling, ensure correct procedures are followed as directed by management.
  • Ensuring uniform and personal appearance, complying with company guidelines.
  • Flexibility to work in all areas of the restaurant as requested by the Manager
  • Constantly putting the customer first, whether first thing in the morning or last thing at night.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Fast-paced, non-stop environment.The role can be physically demanding at times, depending on business volume, staffing levels, and team performance. Teamwork is essential to ensure smooth operations across all areas and maintain effective communication.
