Hours: Part Time: Between 20 - 30 hours - Monday to Friday 09:00 - 15:00

Are you passionate about making a difference and creating positive social impact? As a Restart Advisor and Job Search Coordinator, you'll play a transformational role in delivering job search support sessions. You'll ensure participants make quality applications tailored appropriately to enable them to gain sustainable employment, addressing complex challenges along the way.

What you'll be doing:
  • Deliver job search support sessions, ensuring participants make quality job applications to gain sustainable employment.
  • Guide participants to register on appropriate job boards and ensure their digital profiles are current and visible to employers.
  • Create job search sessions on our CRM system and promote them within the team to maximize attendance.
  • Meet and exceed all monthly performance targets and KPIs, seeking feedback to improve outcomes for participants and stakeholders.
  • Build effective, positive relationships and collaborate with participants and team Restart Advisors.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records reflecting the support provided, from coaching to employment placement, within required timescales and standards.
  • Stay updated on local labor market information, including hidden employment opportunities and local recruitment practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in busy environments.
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge participants to reach their potential.
  • Proven success in delivering and exceeding performance targets and engaging participants in personal growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills to address diverse needs with flexibility and creativity, including contacting employers and stakeholders.
  • Creative and flexible problem-solving skills.
  • High digital literacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage a varied caseload and priorities.
  • Knowledge of the local labor market, provision, and stakeholders.
