Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Assistant ESOL Support in Weymouth to deliver one-on-one and group ESOL sessions and perform essential admin duties. You will tailor teaching approaches, monitor progress, and assist with employability and right-to-work guidance while maintaining accurate records.
The role includes 37 hours per week (Mon-Thu 8:30–17:00, Fri 8:30–16:30), a salary of £25,877.80 per annum, and benefits such as annual leave, pension, healthcare plan, and pay reviews.

Are you passionate about supporting individuals in their language learning journey? We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant ESOL Support to join our team. This role combines administrative responsibilities with direct engagement in supporting ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) learners through tailored one-on-one and group sessions. You’ll play a key role in helping learners improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, while also supporting their employability and right-to-work needs. You’ll deliver one-on-one and group sessions to support ESOL learners, tailoring teaching strategies to meet individual and group needs while fostering a supportive environment that encourages active participation and peer learning. You’ll monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and assist with employability and right-to-work guidance. Alongside these learner-focused duties, you will carry out general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence, as well as organising meetings, appointments, and events.
