About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Responsible Sourcing & Sustainability Manager to lead our ethical sourcing initiatives and develop our environmental and social impact strategies. Reporting to the Development and Production Director, this role will integrate sustainability into our global supply chain, ensuring compliance, enhancing supplier performance, and achieving measurable ESG improvements aligned with Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the ethical and sustainable sourcing program across our supply chain.
2. Manage supplier audits with third-party partners and drive compliance improvements.
3. Ensure product compliance with ESG standards, including REACH and restricted substances.
4. Promote sustainable product design, packaging, and material sourcing.
5. Monitor ESG regulations and sustainability trends to identify risks and opportunities.
6. Deliver ESG reporting, environmental impact tracking, and footprint reduction initiatives.
7. Communicate ESG goals, progress, and milestones both internally and externally.
8. Develop and implement responsible sourcing strategies across the company.
9. Establish KPIs to monitor social and environmental performance.
10. Support international expansion by ensuring compliance with global ESG standards.

About You

• Degree in sustainability, supply chain management, fashion, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in sustainability, sourcing, or compliance, preferably in footwear, fashion, or accessories.
• Strong knowledge of leather supply chains and Italian suppliers is desirable.
• Experience with supplier audits, REACH compliance, and environmental standards.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex sustainability topics clearly and concisely.
• Willingness to travel internationally, mainly within Europe, for supplier visits.
• Italian language skills are a plus but not essential.
