The main responsibilities of the role

The Responsible Investment Senior Analyst will support the investment and transversal teams in implementing the responsible investment strategy for AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets, focusing on three pillars: Decarbonisation, Resilience, and Building Tomorrow.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the definition and implementation of ESG integration roadmap
• Implementing decarbonisation strategy for CRE Debt platform
• Integrating climate physical risk assessment and mitigation in real estate portfolio
• Contributing to GRESB reporting to maintain a 4-star rating for Real Estate Equity funds
• Optimizing market & regulatory watch and reporting processes
• Participating in daily tasks of the sustainability team

Another key responsibility involves data collection and coordination for Equity and Debt by:

• Developing ESG data visualization with Tableau for stakeholders
• Supporting coordination with the main data management platform ('Deepki')
• Coordinating annual data collection globally for Real Estate Equity and Debt
• Performing internal data controls and audits
• Supporting data automation and overall data management processes
• Coordinating data flows for internal reporting and compliance

Qualifications include:

• Master's degree in Finance, Management, Engineering, Data Science, or Real Estate
• Sustainability or data science diplomas are favorable

Experience required:

• Experience in ESG, quantitative/data departments, real estate, or consulting
• Experience in carbon/climate projects and frameworks (SBTi, NZAOA, CRREM)
• Understanding of EU and local ESG regulations (SFDR, Taxonomy, Loi Plage, Decret Tertiaire)
• Knowledge of real estate and private debt investments is a plus
• Experience with Deepki and Tableau is a strong plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams within an international environment
• Proficiency in data analysis, management, and reporting tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus
