A leading provider in the care industry is seeking a Responsible Individual to oversee residential children's homes in London. The role focuses on compliance with Ofsted regulations and enhancing service quality. Ideal candidates will hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and possess a solid background in residential care, ensuring the highest standards are upheld.

They are currently recruiting a responsible individual to join their team based in London.
JOB PURPOSE
Provide expertise and strong management to drive performance, and to commission and/or deliver the company's priorities and meet service targets.
Register with Ofsted as the Responsible Individual for the Registered Children’s Homes and directly manage the Registered Managers to ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations.
Be accountable for and lead on internal quality assurance across the Children’s Homes to ensure delivery of excellent care, improved outcomes, life chances, and safeguarding for children and young people.
Oversee Ofsted inspections in the Children’s Homes and develop the services accordingly.
Ensure understanding and operation of any specific statutory or regulatory requirements as part of the Ofsted registration.
Person Specification
- Must hold Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
- Must have a strong background in managing residential children’s homes, with a good knowledge of Ofsted requirements.
- Driving Licence is required.
