Job description

We are supporting a group of childrens services in Derby, providing residential care services for young people aged between 11 and 18 years, focusing on children and young people presenting Behavioural, Emotional, Social, and Educational difficulties, supporting them to thrive, and fulfill their potential in a loving and safe environment.

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager/Responsible Individual to oversee two sites, leading to ensure the highest standards of care

Applicants must: -

- Have experience as a Children's Home Responsible Individual or Registered Manager
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) for Residential Childcare
- Have a strong understanding of the Social Care Common Inspection Framework (SCCIF) for children’s homes and extensive knowledge of laws and practices relating to looked-after children
