Job Details:

• Responsible Individual/ Operations Manager
• Children's Residential Care Homes
• Overseeing the management of 4 residential care homes that are OFSTED-regulated
• Registering with OFSTED as the Responsible Individual of the 4 homes
• Services are based in Lancashire: Blackpool & Preston
• All homes are currently operational
• All services are for young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
• Line manage home managers, ensuring all services are safe and effective, meeting OFSTED regulations
• Support on safeguarding concerns
• Support on budgeting within all homes
• Support with recruitment and staff management
• Work closely with the senior management team, ensuring all services meet company standards
• Office based in Blackpool, however, time will be spent between the 4 homes

Salary Details:

• £70,000 - £80,000
• + Bonuses

Requirements Details:

• NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
• Experience as a Responsible Individual
• Multi-site management experience
• Driving licence
