The Opportunity

Key internal relationships:

  1. Responsible Business & Pro Bono teams
  2. All Leading for Impact stakeholders, and Business Development teams.
  3. Relevant internal and external stakeholders including clients.
  4. Charity and pro bono partners, community partners and external organisations.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Working across the Leading for Impact teams to support the SICC manager with all client related requests, collating information from key stakeholders, inputting them into appropriate formats and ensuring they are answered in a timely manner.
  2. Support the SICC manager with all internal and client communications as needed, including supporting with award trackers and entries, calendar preparing presentations and supporting pitches.
  3. Support with the annual Responsible Business Report, project managing and collating content from global stakeholders.
  4. Overseeing and ensuring tracking, databases, content libraries, and templates are fully maintained and updated.
  5. Working closely with the Leading for Impact and Business Development teams as required.
  6. Full responsibility for end-to-end project management of the logistics for the summer Networked and PRIME initiatives, including all administrative elements to make the events happen, working closely with the Responsible Business Advisor.
  7. Full responsibility for the reading partners programme and other volunteer programmes end-to-end, including all related administration.
  8. Oversight and support for new volunteer programmes rolled out over the year.
  9. Support the Responsible Business Director with the preparation of the annual modern slavery statement, keeping a project plan, version control, and ensuring timely delivery. April-October.
  10. Support the Responsible Business Director and the internal programme manager with the Earthshot prize nominations process September-December.
  11. Responsibility for overseeing project management and coordination of Access to Justice programmes including overseeing volunteer/staff involvement and liaising with charity partners.
  12. Full responsibility for end-to-end project management, organisation and oversight of the annual London Legal Walk.
  13. Ad-hoc projects will be added to the role from time-to-time.
  14. Responsibility for oversight of the budget, managing invoices, expenses, ensuring prompt payment, and keeping trackers updated.
  15. Maintaining databases, maintaining mailboxes, managing room bookings and supporting events, including team meetings, and helping prepare agendas and pre-reads.
  16. Managing logistics for other administrative activity within the programme including oversight of the Payroll Giving initiative, and administration on the Whitechapel Project.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  1. Demonstrable and relevant project management skills, ideally with relevant qualifications.
  2. Strong and demonstrable experience with preparing project plans and timetables, and holding stakeholders, including senior leaders, to account.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability and confidence to manage across different levels in a business, internally and externally.
  4. Genuine and demonstrable passion for Responsible Business work.
  5. Outstanding organisational skills, excellent technical proficiency with Word, Excel, PPT and relevant project management software.
  6. Problem solver, delivery mindset and attention to detail.
  7. Flexibility, agility, and willingness to grow the role.
