We’re on the lookout for a Response & Technical Manager to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Response Services, you’ll lead and manage complex response and technical projects across our service lines—from emergency response and remediation to specialist engineering and environmental protection solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking charge of high-stakes projects: plan, lead, and deliver efficient, profitable operations.
• Design and implement bespoke technical solutions across multiple service lines.
• Lead and develop a dynamic project management and operational network team.
• Act as a technical escalation manager—providing expert support in critical, fast-moving situations.
• Build strong client relationships through site visits, meetings, and tailored proposals.
• Identify new opportunities, grow our client base, and showcase the full potential of A&A Group Services.
• Lead on marine training and emergency exercises.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven leadership in environmental services (Industrial, Remediation, ADR, Marine, Hazmat, etc.)
• Strong technical know-how and project management experience.
• Experience with CDM, Health & Safety compliance, and ideally NEBOSH/IOSH qualified.
• Commercial awareness and business development drive.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project software (e.g. MS Project).
• A full clean UK driving licence (HGV/ADR a plus).
