Triangle Housing Association in Ballymoney is offering a 12-month fixed-term role as Response Assets Officer. You will provide technical support to the Property Assets Manager to deliver a high-quality response maintenance service for tenants and stakeholders.

The post is full-time (37 hours per week) with a salary scale £34,215 - £36,080 per annum. Hybrid working is available, and a comprehensive benefits package includes annual leave, pension, health plan and development opportunities.

The Package

• We have a 12-month fixed-term Response Asset Officer role available based in Ballymoney / Ballymena.
• Salary scale is Band 5Level 1 - 4 (£34,215 -£36,080 per annum)
• 37hours per week
