Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Staff Nurse for Ward 6D to provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to complex respiratory patients. You will be involved in managing COPD and other thoracic conditions, with responsibilities including medication delivery and documentation, while rotating between day and night shifts to ensure continuous patient care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• BSc in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing as a minimum.
• Experience in respiratory care is advantageous.
• Evidence of maintaining a clinical learning environment.
• Willingness to rotate day and night shifts, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Deliver holistic care to acutely unwell and respiratory patients.
• Administer medications and monitor clinical observations.
• Plan, implement and evaluate care in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Support discharge planning and patient flow within the trust.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients and relatives.
