Qualificações

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Diploma in Nursing.
• Post-registration experience and completion of band 5 foundation gateway competencies.

Responsabilidades

• The post holder will be involved in assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care.
• Provide information to patients/carers.
• Nurse-led falls assessment and identification of risk factors to reduce future falls.
• Nursing staff are involved in complex discharge planning.
• Referrals to other disciplines.
