A healthcare provider in Dudley is looking for a qualified Respiratory Physiologist. This permanent role involves performing various lung function tests and contributing to a specialized respiratory service. The ideal candidate should be ARTP registered or in the process and possess relevant experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. You will collaborate with a friendly team to ensure high-quality patient care.
We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified Respiratory Physiologist on a permanent contract. They will join our friendly team at the Lung Function Unit, Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley.
It would be an ideal opportunity for someone who has recently qualified or just completing BSc Clinical Physiology (respiratory).
The department offers a wide range of both routine and specialist respiratory investigations.
You should ideally be ARTP registered or applying for it, have experience working in respiratory physiology particularly in specialist areas.
Please note, shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a face-to-face interview at Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley, England.
The post-holder will be required to perform a range of diagnostic procedures on patients within a specialised physiology setting such as full lung function tests, challenge testing, sleep studies, muscle pressures and field exercise tests to greatly assist with the day to day running of the service.
These tests will be primarily performed as an outpatient basis on the adult population.
