We're a large, integrated Community Respiratory Specialist Service dedicated to providing expert care to patients across West Hertfordshire.

We're expanding and looking for passionate clinical professionals - whether you are new to respiratory care or an experienced clinician ready to reach Advanced Practice level. Main Duties of the Job

We are a high-performing multidisciplinary respiratory team delivering expert specialist care for conditions including COPD, asthma, and bronchiectasis across West Hertfordshire, 7 days a week. This includes essential services such as Admission Avoidance and Discharge Schemes, Home Oxygen Services, and Direct Patient Care.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (7-day working pattern, 9 am-5 pm, including weekends). You will be an integral part of our team, delivering specialist respiratory care across a diverse and exciting range of services: Hospital at Home, Virtual Hospital, Respiratory Home Visits, and Follow-up Clinics, TB Nursing, Obstructive Sleep Apnoea, Non-Invasive Ventilation for COPD, and Home Oxygen Assessment and Review.
