Respiratory Nurse Paying £400 A Day

Staff Partners are currently looking for a Respiratory Nurse (Band 6), with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

Paying up to £390 per day - Band 6 Role!

New assessment and follow up assessment for patients with a new or suspected diagnosis of a respiratory disease (COPD, Asthma).

Patients recently discharged from hospital, and hospital admission avoidance.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SLEEP STUDIES AND CPAP SET UP AND MANAGEMENT

Main Duties:

1. Provide compassionate and competent care to patients and service users based on current evidence of best practice.
2. Complete initial assessment following client process on system. Physical exam, oscillation, NEWS, FeNO test, jackal assessment.
3. Prescribing / checking medications.
4. Update notes and sending to GP.
5. Booking follow up appointments.
6. Referring to Consultant led or O2 led MDT.
7. Discharging patient with care plan when possible.

You will have…

1. 1 Year+ Experience within Nursing
2. Community Experience
3. Must be a highly experienced Respiratory Nurse
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a good team player
5. A genuine desire to make a real difference in people's lives
