This role supports patients with respiratory conditions in primary and secondary care settings, with a focus on guideline-based care and improving outcomes.

Eligible candidates will have a minimum of three years of respiratory care experience, current NMC Adult nursing registration, and a drive to develop further credentials such as

• Currently undertaking COPD and/or Asthma patient reviews in primary care.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing respiratory conditions.
• Full driving licence.
• Current NMC Registration – Registered Nurse – Adult Level.
• Interest in respiratory management.

• Lead specialist respiratory clinics that empower patients and improve their quality of life.
• Conduct in-depth patient audits to identify at risk patients.
