The NHS is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic administrator for their Respiratory Physiology Service in Redhill. The ideal candidate will support clinical teams efficiently while managing patient records and various office duties. We are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic administrator with excellent IT skills to join our busy Respiratory Physiology Service. This full-time position is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Main duties include: uploading reports to electronic patient records, typing/scanning correspondence and documents, booking appointments, handling enquiries, managing patient records, and other general office duties. The post holder should be organized, have strong Microsoft Office skills, and provide comprehensive administrative support to the service, management, and clinical teams efficiently and promptly.
