As a Respiratory Account Manager in this newly formed team, you will play a key role in launching an innovative respiratory product. You will drive sales, market access, and adoption within your territory, ensuring a successful launch across multiple indications. Main Responsibilities:

  • Multi-Channel HCP Engagement: Customize engagement strategies using face-to-face and virtual channels to match stakeholder preferences.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with HCPs, fostering trust and product adoption.
  • Account Prioritization: Identify key accounts, map stakeholders, and focus on COPD and severe asthma opportunities.
  • Patient Access Enhancement: Collaborate with NHS Trusts, ICBs, and other bodies to optimize access and formulary inclusion.
  • Pre- and Post-Launch Activities: Execute activities to support product introduction while ensuring ABPI compliance.
  • Policy and Market Analysis: Stay updated on NHS policies and market dynamics to inform strategic planning.

Experience Required:

  • Proven success in pharmaceutical sales or market access within the NHS.
  • Experience in multichannel engagement and data-driven execution.
  • Strong knowledge of respiratory and biologics.
  • Ability to effectively communicate scientific information to HCPs.
  • Collaborative mindset and proactive approach to achieving results.
  • Leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of ABPI/IPHA Codes of Practice and their application.
