This is an exciting time to join the newly formed Resourcing Team, who are responsible for providing resourcing services covering all job families across all geographic areas of NHS Highland.
The role of Resourcing Support Assistant supports the Resourcing Team, whose activities include coordinating the recruitment to posts on Agenda for Change, medical, dental and executive terms and conditions of employment, coordination of bank and agency worker engagements, resident doctor rotation, redeployment etc.
The post holder will be dealing with general email or telephone enquiries providing responses in a timely manner, assist with employment checks, and carry out general administrative tasks. If you have attention to detail, keyboarding skills, understand the need for confidentiality, are interested in working in a high paced office environment and are keen to learn and develop we would like you to apply.
The post holder will be based in Inverness. The role is permanent and can be full time, currently 37 hours per week (which will reduce to 36 hours from 1 April 26). We would also like to hear from you if you are looking for flexibility around hours.
