This is an exciting opportunity to shape engagement with talent online from experienced professionals to early careers, and from high-volume hiring to diverse talent pools.
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimise a careers site to attract, inform, and inspire potential candidates across multiple segments.
- Collaborate closely with Resourcing, HR, ED&I, Brand, and IT teams to ensure the site reflects culture, values, and strategic goals.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve candidate engagement and optimise site performance.
- Write compelling, inclusive, and SEO-optimised content that connects with talent across different hiring levels.
- Integrate ATS and CMS platforms to streamline the candidate experience and encourage sign-ups to talent communities.
- Embed multimedia content such as videos, testimonials, and interactive elements to bring the employer brand to life.
- Ensure full GDPR compliance and best practices for candidate data protection.
- Apply accessibility standards to create inclusive experiences for all users.
- Lead or contribute to CRM initiatives that enhance relationship building with talent over time.
Experience:
- Experience in recruitment marketing, CMS/ATS platforms, and end-to-end talent acquisition journeys.
- A deep understanding of candidate search behaviour, SEO strategies, and digital storytelling.
- Strong copywriting skills and a track record of creating content tailored to different audiences.
- Basic HTML knowledge and the ability to manage site updates and enhancements.
- A collaborative mindset, able to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
- Analytical skills to track performance and make data-informed decisions.
- A passion for user experience, accessibility, and inclusive hiring practices.
- Tenacity, problem-solving skills, and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
- Experience working with CRMs to build and manage talent communities.
- Familiarity with job distribution tools and how they integrate with job boards.
- Knowledge of web analytics platforms and user journey mapping.
