Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the Sales team to ensure your team is working on the right roles
  • Set weekly/monthly objectives for the team
  • Complete monthly performance reviews
  • Support and advise team members for career progression
  • Perform daily floor walks to support and guide the team
  • Oversee candidate searches on the database, job boards, and communities of interest
  • Become an internal specialist in training materials
  • Work with the Director to map staff career progression
  • Improve processes, focusing on standards, best practices, and productivity
  • Foster a positive workplace with commitment and dedication
  • Coach and motivate your team
Requirements:
  • Experience in the agency recruitment industry
  • Managed or coached at least 2 resourcers simultaneously
  • Staff training and onboarding experience
