Resourcing Coordinators

We are hiring for the following positions:

  • 1 x Fixed Term - 12 Months Maternity Cover - Full-time (37.5 hrs)
  • 1 x Permanent - Full-time (37.5 hrs)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Band 4 Resourcing Coordinator to join our Recruitment Team in the HR department based at Harbour Yard.

This role involves managing administrative processes for the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency for candidates and managers. Excellent customer service skills are essential.

The successful candidate will have experience working with high volumes in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent computer skills, and have experience in an office-based setting, ideally in HR or recruitment. A commitment to providing excellent recruitment services is crucial.

Currently, our office is based at Harbour Yard, Imperial Wharf Chelsea.

The resourcing coordinator will oversee recruitment for medical and dental staff and AFC, from advertisement to employment, within an allocated Clinical or Corporate Division. They will support medical staffing processes, including advisory services and pre-employment procedures for junior doctors, SAS doctors, and Consultants.

This role requires establishing and maintaining effective communication with Managers, Consultants, and Junior Doctors across divisions.

The coordinator will assist the Senior Resourcing Advisor in delivering high-quality, timely recruitment services aligned with standards, KPIs, and service portfolios.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing recruitment activities within an allocated division, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth process.
  2. Coordinating recruitment campaigns, including shortlisting, interview packs, and communication with applicants.
  3. Implementing recruitment campaigns, including advert placement, screening, and assessment support.
  4. Liaising with HEE/NHS England and Royal Colleges to ensure effective support for Junior Doctors under the 2016 contract.
  5. Handling rotation administration, including adding trainees to TRAC and managing work schedules and contracts.
  6. Providing advisory support to managers and applicants to ensure timely completion of recruitment activities.
  7. Serving as the main contact for resourcing inquiries, resolving concerns, and escalating issues as needed.
