Ably Resources is a market-leading specialist Recruitment Group, Crew Management supplier, and Energy Services provider. We have extensive experience in the UK & International markets, working with highly regarded global businesses. To support our international clients, Ably Resources is hiring six Resourcing Consultants for two of our international teams: four for the Energy Team and two for the Construction & Build team.

Following a global lockdown, we have seen a steady recovery in our sector markets throughout 2023, with increasing sourcing requirements from our global clients. They are investing in new talent across divisions such as Energy and Construction projects worldwide.

We are looking to add six Resourcing Consultants to our recruitment teams. The roles include:

1. Creating and placing advertisements on job boards and the company website
2. Candidate Generation – sourcing, identifying, and contacting relevant candidates through databases, referrals, advertising, and LinkedIn
3. Building talent pipelines through diverse sourcing strategies and ongoing engagement
4. Promoting vacancies across social media platforms
5. Managing candidates through the end-to-end hiring process to ensure a positive experience
6. Serving clients by understanding their needs and providing feedback on candidates
7. Traveling for international recruitment campaigns
