Ably Resources are a market-leading specialist Recruitment Group, Crew Management supplier and Energy Services provider. We have extensive experience of the UK & International markets and our clients are some of the most exciting and highly regarded businesses that operate in multiple locations globally. In order to support our international clients Ably Resources are hiring six more Resourcing Consultants into two of our International teams: 4 for the Energy Team and two for the Construction & Build team.

Having emerged from a global lockdown we have witnessed a steady recovery in our sector markets throughout 2023 delivering an increasing number of sourcing requirements from our global clients. They are looking to capitalise on the advances in the market by investing in new talent for many of their divisions including Energy and Construction projects across the world.

In order to deliver quality and choice to our clients we are looking to add six Resourcing Consultants into our recruitment teams. The opportunities will include:

•Creating and placing advertisements on job boards and on company website

•Candidate Generation – Search, identify and contact relevant target candidates using a variety of database searches, referrals, advertising and LinkedIn contacts

•Build robust talent pipelines to cater for current and emerging talent needs through diverse sourcing strategies and continuous engagement and conversion of potential talents

•Using all available Social Media platforms to promote vacancies to generate candidates

•Manage candidates throughout the end to end hiring process to ensure consistent positive experience

•Serving clients, identifying their needs and providing feedback on candidate interviews

•Travel to International recruitment campaigns
