Randstad Reading is seeking a Resourcing Consultant to join our Construction team in Reading. You will source top construction talent, craft engaging job ads, and connect professionals with exciting projects, becoming the bridge between talent and Randstad’s clients.

• The Hunt: Using a premium LinkedIn Recruiter license, job boards, and our massive internal database to track down top-tier construction talent.
• The Craft: Writing job ads that actually get read (don't worry, we'll help with that) and managing incoming applications.
• The Network: Becoming the go-to contact for construction professionals across Reading. You are the bridge between them and their next big project.
