Job description

This role is fixed term until July 2026 (with potential to be extended/permanent)

Luminate Education Group are recruiting for a Resourcing Co-ordinator to join our recruitment team based in Leeds. We offer hybrid working and a supportive and inclusive environment.

The ideal candidate will have a HR/Recruitment background with previous experience of creating and posting job adverts to a variety of platforms. You will also have experience of creating reports for stakeholders including management. As one of the first points of contact for the team, you will have a strong sense of providing excellent customer service.

The role duties include;

  • Ensuring that we deliver excellent service to our stakeholders and candidates
  • Supporting hiring managers through the recruitment process
  • Advertising job vacancies on job boards and social media
  • Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System
  • Producing recruitment reports and MI
  • Attending recruitment events and jobs fairs
  • Continuous improvement of processes

The closing date for this role is Friday 8th August 2025 with interviews taking place Friday 15th August.

  • You will be the first point of contact for candidate and hiring manager queries.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring job adverts are engaging for candidates, posted accurately and in a timely manner through our ATS system, on job boards and social media platforms.
  • You will produce reports on a weekly and ad hoc basis for the HR team and senior management and present data in a suitable format for the relevant stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the ATS system, ensuring information is correct and liaising with our ATS provider should any system issues arise.
  • Ensure that our recruitment processes are compliant and inclusive.
  • Attend recruitment events and job fairs.
About You
  • Educated to Level 2 or above in English and Maths or equivalent qualification (for example GCSE grade C or GCSE grade 4)
  • Appropriate professional HR or recruitment qualification Level 3 or above or working towards (for example CIPD, CertRP or CertIHR).
  • Previous experience of working in a HR or Recruitment support role.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with HR systems and procedures including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Previous experience posting job adverts to job boards and social media platforms.
  • Proficient in creating reports and metrics.
