Job Description

Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to manage the delivery of operational requirements for specific Managed Service accounts within our client portfolio. This role is crucial for ensuring that resourcing outputs meet client expectations and that Reed achieves its commercial goals.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Own the delivery of Managed Services for key clients, directly or through coordination with Reed or third-tier supplier teams.
  • Partner with key stakeholders within the client business, taking accountability for high-volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Oversee the delivery of recruitment services according to best practice guidelines, including manpower planning, attraction strategy design and delivery, response handling, assessment centre design and delivery, pre-employment screening services, and recruitment process administration.
  • Ensure seamless integration of activities managed onsite at the client premises with outputs from dedicated client teams based offsite at Reed HR Service Centres.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the resolution of any issues within the delivery of the Managed Service.
  • Attend and actively participate in Service Review Meetings.
  • Lead by example by attending multiple key stakeholder meetings weekly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to deliver results, analyse information, create solutions, and communicate clearly.
  • Strong ability to influence, control, and collaborate with others.
  • Resilient to challenges with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment campaigns and managing complex client relationships.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen in Managed Service delivery.
