Pay Rate: £30,000 - £33,000

Shift patterns: Monday - Friday
Location: Crick - NN6 7GW

️A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to meet a wide range of our customers staffing needs.
  • Sifting and pre-screening applications to ensure they meet the required qualifications required.
  • Working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promoting the company as an employer of choice through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and networking events
  • Visiting sites to meet key stakeholders and understand our wide range of customers.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO HAVE

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Great organisational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Capability to manage recruitment projects and campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • A full & Valid UK driving license with access to a private vehicle.
