LHH is delighted to partner with Stirling Council as they seek a Resourcing Adviser to join their Workforce Planning & Organisational Development team. At Stirling Council, our People services are key in supporting our organisation and our people in overcoming the challenges we face. We know it is critical for us to build these services to ensure that we have a People function with the resource and talent required to help achieve our council’s aims and ambitions. Our key priorities include driving forward best practice in policy and processes; delivering fully on our commitment to the Scottish Fair Work framework; and developing and embedding innovative and forward-thinking practice, all to effectively support the vital work we do for Stirling’s communities.

We are looking for an individual with experience of planning and coordinating recruitment campaigns, with strong organisational skills and Associate Membership of CIPD. You will have a good understanding and appreciation of the importance of an outstanding candidate and new employee experience, with a desire to continuously improve this. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite, be a confident digital user and have a curiosity to explore the opportunities that digital can bring to the team and the organisation.
