A healthcare organization in Gillingham seeks a Recruitment Administrator to support the recruitment process. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, engage with hiring managers, and ensure an exceptional recruitment service. Ideal applicants should have administration experience, strong organizational and telephone skills, and be able to work under pressure. This position offers a salary of £24,937 to £26,598 per year with a flexible working pattern.

We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to work within our busy fast-paced but friendly Recruitment Team. The successful candidate will need to be well-organised, self-motivated and have great telephone manners with the ability toremaincalm under pressure.
You will work across the full end-to-end recruitment cycle(from vacancy creation to on-boarding)for vacancies across the trust. Therefore, the ideal candidate must haveprevious recruitment experience along with experience of working in a busy administrative role(s). You will also be good on the telephone as the role will involve engaging and liaising with your recruiting managers, candidatesand a wide range of staff groupsdaily.
The successful applicant will be required to work from the office for the first 3 months as you develop into the role.However, once training is completed a hybrid working pattern will be in place.
To provide strong and collaborative administration support to the Resourcing Team throughout the end to end recruitment process to enable the delivery of a first class recruitment service, and to enhance the department's reputation as a centre of excellence.
Build solid working relationships with key stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates.
To take an active part in the continual streamlining of the recruitment process for permanent and temporary staff.
Be the initial point of contact within the Resourcing department, ensuring that queries are dealt with in a timely, accurate and professionally customer focused manner or are escalated as appropriate.

Ensure the delivery of an excellent recruitment service to managers, staff and applicants through provision of administrative and advisory support throughout the recruitment process.
To ensure that all requests regarding employment within the Trust are dealt with as per key performance indicators.
Contact candidates to set up interview schedule both verbally and electronically, prepare recruitment packs for interviews and deliver them to the panel members in a timely manner.
Conduct all pre-employment checks for successful candidates in line with NHS Employers guidance.
Ensuring that DBSs and Work Permits of current staff are in date and that any necessary work is completed to ensure compliancy with Trust Policies/UKBA/CQC/NHSLA.
Work with recruiting managers to ensure that they are kept fully up to date with the progress of their successful candidate.
Produce offer letters and contracts to successful/unsuccessful candidates.Ensure that all recruitment systems are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
Assist with any recruitment events or initiatives that the Trust undertakes throughout the year.
Ensuring that knowledge of recruitment procedures and legislation/Trust policies is up to date at all times.
Any other duties as may be delegated or to provide assistance to other parts of the Directorate administration if requested
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
