Job Title: Resourcing Administrator

Location: Middlemoor, Exeter

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: 12.55

Working Pattern: Part Time Hybrid

Start Date: October 27, 2025

End Date: March 27, 2026

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for resourcing activities, addressing queries via phone, email, and IT systems with professionalism and care.
  • Supporting the recruitment, selection, and appointment processes by coordinating adverts, shortlisting candidates, and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Providing valuable insights through data management to enhance resourcing strategies.
  • Representing the organisation at career events, engaging with potential candidates and building a talent pipeline.
  • Collecting biometric and drug testing samples with the utmost professionalism.
