We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Coordinator to join us in continuing to provide a pro-active, responsive and business focused resourcing service throughout our organisation.

No 2 days are the same! We work collaboratively to onboard candidates from start to finish. There are days when you can find this challenging but the team will always help. The satisfaction of onboarding a candidate and them sending you a thank you card for all your hard work, was one of the best feelings, knowing you've done a great job and helped someone to start their Sirona career - Resourcing Coordinator

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and have expertise and skills to support recruiting managers here at Sirona care & health. You will need to be organised and able to utilise technology and administrative systems/processes to provide outstanding customer service in relation to all aspects of resourcing. If you are used to carrying out an administration role in a fast paced environment, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and good administrative, IT and organisational skills - we want to hear from you!

This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in our Yate headquarters - one being a Tuesday.

There are two posts available, one permanent and one fixed-term for 7 months.

Main duties of the job

Provide comprehensive administrative support in relation to recruitment and temporary staffing processes, working closely with and supporting, Recruitment Consultants and the temporary staffing Lead.

Administer the recruitment process up to and including the point an offer of employment is made, ensuring paperwork is fully completed and accurate. Providing ongoing support for our bank staff, ensuring the full recruitment process is followed and relevant systems updated.

Supporting Bank staff with booking shifts and ensuring correct payments are made to our bank workers

Monitor and action all inbox/phone queries relating to Resourcing and Temporary staffing in a timely manner, understanding the importance of urgent queries being responded to and being able to prioritise your workload.

Managing your workload effectively to ensure all KPI's are met

Take responsibility for dealing with all enquiries and correspondence relating to the recruitment function, recording, retrieving and presenting information and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a customer focused, timely and accurate way.

Contribute to the development of our employer brand and help to identify and implement creative strategies to maximise candidate attraction for all types of workers.

Support, as required with the delivery of training on recruitment and selection and associated systems/processes

Help to maintain and further develop the recruitment processes and systems

Qualifications
  • Functional literacy and numeracy level 2/GCSE grade A-C or equivalent including English Language and Maths.
  • Training in the use of IT systems relevant to the role e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook.
