Edinburgh - Central Area, Midlothian, United Kingdom (Hybrid working)
We are looking for an experienced Resources Manager to join the School of Health in Social Science’s Professional Services Team.
The role will manage the School’s Resources function, particularly in relation to HR, Finance Business operations, guaranteed hours, workload allocation and estates related activity, ensuring the delivery of high quality support services to facilitate effective academic and research delivery. The post holder will support the Director of Professional Services in fostering an ethos of innovation and continuous improvement identifying opportunities for service improvement and leading change projects to deliver enhanced and efficient ways of working. The post holder will act as a member of the School’s senior professional services team providing strategic and operational advice to key School staff.
This post is open ended (permanent) and full-time (35 hours per week). We are open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working, however the role holder is expected to be working on campus a minimum of two days, and preferably three days, a week.
The salary for this post is UE07 £40,247 to £47,874 per annum.
