Hudson Banks – Resourcer/Researcher – South Cerney (GL7)

Salary: £22,000 – £26,000 (Depending on Experience) Plus Uncapped Commission.

Since our inception in 2010, we have experienced year-on-year growth and are seeking another talented individual to join our expanding team.

Previous recruitment experience is not required, as you will receive in-depth and ongoing training and development.

This role will have the following responsibilities:

• Managing projects for leading national and international clients: overseeing the resourcing for multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Producing regular reports to track recruitment activity and engagement.
• Engaging with contacts outside the business.
• Generating leads through internet research.
• Researching businesses and individual contacts.
• Performing ad-hoc duties as required.
