We are seeking a proactive and organised Resourcer to support our one of our clients based in Brentwood within the food processing sector. This role requires previous experience working under GLAA (Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority) regulations and a strong understanding of temporary labour supply in high-volume environments.

We are seeking a proactive and organised Resourcer to support our one of our clients based in Brentwood within the food processing sector. This role requires previous experience working under GLAA (Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority) regulations and a strong understanding of temporary labour supply in high-volume environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and screen candidates for food production and processing roles across multiple sites

  • Maintain candidate pipelines for seasonal and ongoing demand

  • Carry out right-to-work checks, GLAA compliance procedures, and worker welfare tracking

  • Coordinate with Recruitment Consultants and site supervisors to ensure shift fulfilment

  • Support workers with onboarding, accommodation, and transport logistics where needed

  • Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems

Requirements:
  • Experience in a resourcing or recruitment support role, ideally in food production or agriculture

  • Working knowledge of GLAA licensing and compliance

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Multilingual (desirable but not essential)
