This role requires previous experience working under GLAA (Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority) regulations and a strong understanding of temporary labour supply in high-volume environments.

This role requires previous experience working under GLAA (Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority) regulations and a strong understanding of temporary labour supply in high-volume environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for food production and processing roles across multiple sites

• Maintain candidate pipelines for seasonal and ongoing demand

• Carry out right-to-work checks, GLAA compliance procedures, and worker welfare tracking

• Coordinate with Recruitment Consultants and site supervisors to ensure shift fulfilment

• Support workers with onboarding, accommodation, and transport logistics where needed

• Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems

Requirements:

• Experience in a resourcing or recruitment support role, ideally in food production or agriculture

• Working knowledge of GLAA licensing and compliance

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Multilingual (desirable but not essential)
