Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing skilled white-collar freelance professionals
• Screening and preparing candidates for client roles
• Managing availability, compliance, and onboarding
• Working closely with experienced consultants to fill live vacancies
• Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
