This role focuses on candidates with education background and EHCP knowledge, to ensure precise matches. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, building a strong pool and supporting consultants through compliance processes.

This role will be recruiting tutors for students with additional needs, and therefore applicants with a background in education, and a knowledge of EHCPs are strongly encouraged.
