The Role and Responsibilities
EnerMech have a new vacancy for a Projects Resourcer based in our Aberdeen HQ. This key role manages ad-hoc staffing requirements across our business lines for projects offshore or at client sites. Main responsibilities will include ensuring the candidate database is accurately populated, sourcing for and attracting new candidates and providing qualified candidates on time for projects. You should be able to verify certificates and provide guidance to operations teams as required.
The Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role within recruitment, resourcing or personnel logistics is required and you will have experience with candidate databases. Experience of handling PAYE and Limited Company contractors is beneficial. You may have an REC qualification although this is not essential.
