Job summary

North Lanarkshire Council is seeking a Resource Worker based in Motherwell to support the digitisation and management of social care case management systems across Adult Health & Social Care and Children, Families & Justice. You will audit data, develop recording practices and work with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Two posts are available: 35 hours per week or 17.5 hours per week, with a salary at £36,145–£42,115 (Pro Rata).

An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic, organised and motivated individuals to join Adult Health & Social Care and Children, Families & Justice teams based in Motherwell.

Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the North Lanarkshire Health & Social Care Partnership (HSCNL) Strategic Plan, with a particular focus on digitisation and the ongoing development and management of our social care case management systems.

As a Resource Worker, you will contribute to the development, monitoring and review of social work recording practices and support the implementation, development and maintenance of case management systems across Adult Health & Social Care and Children, Families & Justice. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure systems and processes support effective service delivery and positive outcomes for individuals.

Applicants must have the ability to audit and analyse data from systems currently used across the council for Adult Health & Social Care and Children, Families & Justice for the purposes of service improvement and have excellent IT skills.

You will require excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills and experience of working across services and inter-agency working. You must hold and HNC or SVQ 3 in Business Management, Administration, Information/Digital Technology or equivalent.

Location:

2 Posts - Dalziel Building, Scott Street, Motherwell

On occasion, you may be required to work from an alternative location within North Lanarkshire to meet the needs of the Service

These are temporary positions for 12 months.
