Resource & Sentinel Coordinator

Vector Recruitment Solutions are looking for an experienced Sentinel Coordinator with experience in resource management to join our client’s rail division in Leeds.

In this role, you’ll be the link between compliance and workforce planning, making sure staff are Sentinel compliant and that projects are resourced with the right people, at the right time.

The Role
  • Maintain the Sentinel database and ensure staff remain fully compliant
  • Book medicals, D&A testing, and training to Network Rail standards
  • Induct new starters and manage PPE, ID, and site access
  • Coordinate labour resourcing, onboarding, and timesheets
  • Liaise with agencies and suppliers to source operatives and engineers
  • Keep training and resource records audit-ready
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in rail, or safety-critical compliance
  • Strong knowledge of Network Rail Sentinel Scheme Rules
  • Proven background in resource planning / workforce coordination
  • Highly organised, with great communication skills
  • IT confident (Excel & Outlook essential)
