• Develop and maintain resource plans for current and upcoming projects.
• Coordinate workforce planning and identify resource constraints.
• Update planning information daily with operational teams.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure materials are available as needed.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to coordinate deliveries.
• Update project schedules and track milestones.
• Produce daily and weekly planning reports for management.
• Support workload allocation across multiple projects.
• Forecast future resource and recruitment requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, timesheets and absence data.
• Identify process improvements in planning and inventory management.
