  • 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
  • 36.25 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

The role

As a Resource Planning Analyst you will be responsible for providing short to mid-term planning expertise and capability within the field of manpower planning and deployment. You will ensure all airport systems and processes provide internal customers with the right people, in the right place at the right time, with the right skillsets for them to operate efficiently and improve guest experience whilst maintaining compliance and costs. You will achieve this through producing resource deployment plans and staff rosters and assisting in the production of resource models. You will also develop and produce resource data analysis and management whilst maintaining strong working relationships with operational stakeholders.

What will make you successful in the role?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about planning, with experience in resource planning, demand forecasting and supply optimisation in a large scale operation. You’ll have excellent excel skills, with the ability to create and maintain complex formula and data manipulation, with the ability to think fast, sport trends and generate new ideas whilst delivering against deadlines. You’ll also need to be a clear and concise communicator with the ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
