An opportunity has arisen for a Resource Planner to join the busy Home Support Reablement Team based at Castle Hill.
We are now looking for 1 new team member to play a vital role in screening and allocating packages of support on behalf of the Home Based Reablement Service.
The role includes data entry of packages of care onto a computerised scheduling system and the support and maintenance of these IT systems. You will feed into user groups to optimise the use of IT systems.
You will work alongside resource planners to assist with queries, updating systems, and generating reports. You will provide quality rostering to ensure staff are deployed effectively, optimizing both time and costs.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent IT skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. They will demonstrate outstanding organizational abilities, a professional and courteous telephone manner, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
This role requires flexibility to work as part of a 7-day rota, covering 28 hours per week between 7:00am and 10:00pm. A 7% enhancement will be added to the salary to recognize this flexibility.
