Description: In April 2020, Stroud District Council internalised its Repair Service. Property Care is looking for someone to work within a fast-moving and friendly office. You will be responsible for taking phone calls from customers, diagnosing and scheduling repairs to the Council’s homes, and liaising with operatives, contractors, tenants, and other administrative tasks. You will need to communicate effectively with a variety of people and remain calm when dealing with stressful situations or challenging customers. You should have administrative and scheduling experience and be used to working with computers, particularly in relation to data inputting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to cope under pressure are essential.
