A major UK infrastructure organisation is seeking a resource management leader to oversee and improve the end-to-end resourcing process. The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a degree qualification. You will drive continuous improvement and provide strategic advantage in resource management. This position offers flexibility in hours and the opportunity to significantly influence the organisation's processes.
We’re looking for someone who can lead the charge in resource management for a high-impact organisation operating at the heart of UK infrastructure. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—translating demand into action, balancing capacity with ambition, and helping shape the future of a complex, evolving portfolio.
This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll be front and centre—chairing forums, influencing decisions, and representing the organisation on all things resourcing. You’ll lead initiatives that matter: from career pathways to graduate schemes, from succession planning to redeployment strategies that retain critical knowledge.
You’ll own the end-to-end resourcing process. That means new starters, movers, leavers—and everything in between. You’ll analyse data, spot trends, and drive continuous improvement across performance metrics. You’ll be the go-to for demanders, helping refine requests, resolve blockers, and optimise deployment.
