Job description

Working hours: full time, 09:00 – 17:30.
Dates: mid-July 2025 – June 2026. Likely requirement to extend to 2 days/week from June, until September 2026.

Please note the internal title for this role is Artwork Manager.

Oxford PharmaGenesis is seeking an Artwork Manager to oversee the smooth and high-quality delivery of posters and figure redraws through our global artwork studio. The ideal candidate will have experience managing workflows of artwork/creative projects, balancing workloads across internal teams and freelancers, and maintaining internal processes. You will act as a key liaison between artworkers, editorial, and client management teams—advocating for the Artwork team, supporting team development, and contributing to workflow and tool improvements.

We are looking for a motivated Artwork Manager for maternity cover, who has:

  • a strong background in resource/traffic management within a global agency studio or production environment; pharmaceutical client experience is a plus
  • proficiency with resource management systems, such as Float
  • a proven ability to influence across project functions
  • excellent diplomatic communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • a highly organized and detail-oriented approach
