As a Resource Manager, you will manage a team of Resource Officers to deliver workforce and people deployment solutions, often in fast-paced and changing environments. You will work with stakeholders, using your commercial mindset, business acumen, and Management Information (MI) to inform and influence decisions.

This role offers opportunities to develop key leadership skills from established stakeholders, with significant professional growth potential for proactive and improvement-minded individuals.

What your day will look like:
  • Manage all demand requests using workforce planning systems.
  • Support the Resourcing Senior Lead in delivering business strategic and people priorities, including fair work allocation and skills reviews.
  • Deliver operational reporting insights, identifying trends, risks, and recommended actions.
  • Oversee headcount planning and movements, including reconciliations, interactions with Human Capital and recruitment, transfers, secondments, visa checks, and business case support for permanent moves. Also, conduct annual headcount budget planning and reviews.
  • Manage, develop, and coach team officers.
This role is for you if:
  • You have experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Recruitment, or Operational People Management.
  • You excel at stakeholder management and influencing, building long-term relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • You demonstrate resilience and can work under pressure with conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • You communicate effectively, adapting your style to your audience.
  • You possess strong commercial and business acumen, with skills in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, and use metrics and KPIs for decision-making.
