An event management agency in Wilmslow seeks a proactive Resource Manager to optimize resource allocation across projects. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years' experience in resource management and exceptional organizational skills. This is a full-time, hybrid role with a salary range of £35,000-£45,000, depending on experience.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Resource Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the strategic allocation of people skill and resource across our wide range of projects, helping to deliver stand-out events that reflect Make Events’ commitment to excellence.
Sitting at the heart of the agency, this role works across teams to balance client demands, creative ambition, and operational capacity, making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time to maximise both efficiency and profitability. By optimising workflows and aligning planning with business goals, the Resource Manager helps elevate performance across the board.
With a strong understanding of how to juggle resource planning across fast-paced projects, the successful candidate will be proactive, solutions-focused, and confident managing multiple stakeholders. They’ll help shape a culture of collaboration and high performance, ensuring internal teams feel supported and set up for success.
