We are looking for an Allocation & Development Manager to join our London office to support our Capital Markets practice groups. This position presents an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the development of legal talent for one of our practices. The Allocation & Development Manager will engage directly with Associates to understand their interests and objectives, in order to provide access to the experiences and relationships they need to build their careers. The role is heavily people focused, built on establishing strong working relationships with a number of key stakeholders across the Firm.
This role will focus specifically on the effective management of our Capital Markets Partners and Associates throughout EMEA. The Allocation & Development Manager will seek to ensure that the associates are appropriately staffed and utilised at all times, while balancing the pursuit of a rich and well-rounded associate experience with the immediate needs of the business. The role will also require the Allocation & Development Manager to network across the section’s EMEA offices and be a point of contact for Partners and Associates.
The successful candidate will be a team-player who is ambitious, focused on client service, and passionate about their work.They will be eager to take on the challenges of exceling in a global law firm and high-performance culture.This individual will possess a genuine interest in associate development and matter/resource management.

Location and Reporting
This role is based in our London office, and reports into the Senior Manager of Allocation & Development EMEA. Please note that although this role is based in London, there will be a requirement to regularly travel to our EMEA offices.
Our standard office hours are 09:30-18:00, with a current requirement for 3 days in the office per week.
